Each piece we make is produced in small batches and carefully finished by hand. Every design is designed to be lived in, made to be worn, loved, and enjoyed in everyday life. Our goal is for every customer to receive jewelry they truly love and feel confident wearing. Below is our approach to repairs and returns, centered on care, fairness, and quality.

Repairs

We are happy to assist with repairs for jewelry purchased directly from us.

  • If your piece has a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will review it promptly. Approved repairs related to craftsmanship are handled at no cost.

  • Repairs needed due to normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse may be available for a reasonable fee. Any costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.

  • Because each piece is handmade, all repair requests are reviewed individually to determine the best solution and estimated turnaround time.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping to and from us unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are covered by us only when a repair or return is approved due to a manufacturing issue.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions and ensure your piece is handled with care.

Returns

We understand that choosing jewelry is personal. If something isn’t right, please reach out, we want to help.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with original packaging included.

  • Custom, personalized, or resized pieces are made especially for you and are final sale.

Once we receive your return, each piece is carefully inspected. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Our Commitment

Because our jewelry is made in small batches, every request for repair or return is handled with care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside this policy, our priority is always to find a thoughtful and fair solution.
